Before We Met in Bed is the second of five novella books released on the A Funny Thing Happened series from Author SD Tracy Harper.
Before We Met in Bed is a
complete self-contain mini-novel about a future world in which everyone is
divided into twelves planetary societal levels according to health,
intelligence, and especially fertility. The lowest level of society is nearly
barren with numerous other health issues due to radiation poisoning from
centuries of wars that had occurred over 2800 years ago. The only other factor
in separating these twelve levels is the ability to perform far above what is
expected according to your given level.
The world has had peace for nearly three
centuries and is now ruled by a monarchy. However, a grave crisis is near at
hand where there must be a new sovereigns chosen who can be trusted to continue
to have total rule over the earth in peace or plunge it back in the dark days
that nearly destroyed all life. A funny thing happens to several people, but
the most intelligent one of them all is also the most clueless. This is the
second of five totally different directions all beginning from the same
starting point and that is; A Funny Thing Happened.
